Carla Martin

I love working in real estate. It's a very rewarding career, and I'm so grateful to be a REALTOR®. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of my clients, and love the connections we forge during the home buying and selling process. I strive to be positive, patient, and persistent in all aspects of life, especially business. I will work hard for you, and hope to make your real estate experience a wonderful one.

I'm a Southern California transplant, but I've been here over 15 years, so Sacramento is now officially my home, and I love it. I grew up in Palmdale, which is in the High Desert of SoCal. My husband, Brian, is from Citrus Heights, and our relationship is what brought me to Sacramento. I'll be the first to admit that it took me a while to get settled here, but now I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I love the people, the pace of life, and the way that Sacramento has such a small town feel, with full access to anything one could need. I especially love the weird dichotomy of urban-suburban-rural life (where else can you randomly see wild turkeys crossing the road in the middle of a busy intersection?!). I'm also very grateful for our music and theatre scene here. I'm thankful everyday for the decision we made to live here, and love it more, the longer I live here.

Now that you know a little about me, I'd love to hear about you! Feel free to send me a quick message to say "Hi!" Also, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the current market, even if you're just curious about your future possibilities.
